The Lecithin issues have been beaten into the ground many times before...anyone desiring to believe a bunch of stuff written by scientist are welcome to it and decide what they wnat to self-experiment. Anyone thinking acetone is used today is basically lost, it went out 40 years ago.

It makes zero differance, because anything not in its whiole state is not pure and consumer beware always. THAT is why this foruma promotes raw fruits over anything else.
