I'm not sure about the topic of soy lecithin although I have definitely heard bad things about soy in general.

But I would have to agree that these forums should be about healthy discussions, not shooting people down or ridiculing them.

I've seen very sick people come here asking for help & getting responses harsh in attitude. Like not compassionate at all but a bit like having fun with those that are sick & ignorant on how to help themselves.

I believe MH really does care & wants to educate people on how to help themselves. That makes me feel good & he deserves a lot of credit for that, a lot!

But the tone from both forum holder & forum guest alike should always be compassionate & helpful, not full of ridicule, resentment & harsh words, especially when opinions differ.
