I think your best bet is to look up information in the Candida Forum on this site. That helped me out a ton. I think what helped clear up my seb derm was finding a soap/moisturizer that worked for my skin type and most importantly following the candida diet. It may take months on the candida diet to see any results but stick with it and trust me it will clear up....
