Sure, but good old Epsom Salt baths will also work.

IMO this is a must, one can NOT liberate Hg selectively. So taking ALA and/or Cilantro to mobilize mercury from the lymph nodes only isn't possible and if you take too much mobilizer you get too much blood Hg.

USP Epsom Salt baths help, and I am sure clay baths do the same or better. Mud/clay baths have been around for over a thousand years...
