It's hard to comment not knowing how, and how much she alkalizing.

I can commit to saying this.

If her alkalization was effective her immune system may encapsulate younger tumors as part of primative and early immune response to inflamation.

Simple xray will propably show it is calcium in those lumps, but that is a guess only, and there is 30% chance I am wrong.

But, if I were to bet money,...I would say those lumps are encapsulated, calcified cysts. Which are a good sign your immune system is reacting at least at some level instead of not at all!
