my lips looked exactly the same at one point. near the border of the bottom lip was "crusty" felt like air in between the skin. Eventually it fell off and hasn't grown back since. Hows the top lip btw? that was the first to heal on mine. Yeah muhammed, inbetween the grooves used to be raw, they are now turning into solid grooves.
