I'm glad you have a zapper. I've been at this for a while. I got rid of a big tape worm about two years ago, before I found out about curezone, and believed the MD's who say there is usually just one large worm.
I'm older, and I found out I had a pretty heavy worm load, and I've been unable to take time off work to cleanse, so I've done it according to my work schedule. I just piled on as much stuff as I could handle, and planned the die off for days I wasn't working. I discovered on my second cleanse that I has ascaris, then found out about the flukes and smaller tape worms as I found evidence.
What works well for me is four days on, three days off of whatever combination of herbs I'm takeing. The one time I took pharmaseudicals, I got scattering, the zapper took care of that. I do three days retail, work two days at home and (sort of) have two days off, so I do the heavy cleaning when I don't have to go run my shop in public, and use a public restroom.
I don't know if I've killed off all the cysts, and all the worms, I know I've gotten a lot of them, and it's an ongoing process, because unfortunately I don't think it's possible to get all the cysts and eggs in one shot. Or even two or three. But the good news is that the more that you clease, the more your health improves, and the easier it gets.
I did the ozonated olive oil and the L cystine, but I didn't think it was as effective as some of the herbal combinations I've come up with due to my own research. I also used the zapper a lot with that one, as I recall it was pretty effective, and I backed off after I got a lot of dead ones, and my job got intense.
All the helmeths lay millions of eggs, and they become resistant to whatever you throw at them pretty quickly, so it's important to educate yourself, and keep switching up herbs.
Do it during the full moon, and the new moon, for some reason it's easier to kill them then.
Current favorite herb combo, Olive leaf extract -Garlic and cayenne,- and oil of oregeno and peppermint oil, and tumeric and bromelain. Also flaxseed oil, it seems to take out worms in combination with the oil of oregeno.
Generally start with a low dose of an herb, and sneak up the dose as you can handle it without getting so sick you can't work. With what I take now, which I consider in between house keeping herbs, I would have been knocked flat when I started.
Here is a very good site with give current research on herbs, and also possible interactions between herbs and drugs:

You are going to have to pay attention to what comes out of you, and how you feel, and learn to recognize worm die off versus reaction to an herb, or combination of herbs. After you've experienced die off, you will recoginze it the next time.
Basically, I don't use tinctures at all, that is herbs that are preserved in alcohol, so I have to get really high quality herbs and make infusions, teas, or take capsules. Capsules are the easiest. Humaworm is a good one as a combination herbal to start off with. Also Barefoot does a very good dewormer, I don't take it because it is a tincture, however I know other people here have used it with good results.
I don't tolerate cloves very well, they are recommended by a lot of people to kill parasite eggs, I just can't take them everyday. If you can take them every day, do it. For daily use, I do oil of oregeno and olive leaf extract, but then I add a lot of the others as well. I buy the herbs either in bulk from frontier herbs, or from iHerb, both are pretty inexpensive.
I also really think that carrot juice helps a lot, it seems to help heal the intestines, and carrots are anti worm, and they are cheap, even the organic ones. Using the zapper in combination with whatever else you are doing really helps, so do it also.
The other forums I've found helpful are:
Ask Dr. Sutter (he has his own battle with parasites)
the Barefoot Herbalist- he's very knowledgeable
Ask Humaworm, they will answer questions whether you buy their stuff or not.
Good luck on your quest, and blessings,
Julie
