This is just my opinion but I think Iodine is more protective than taking one nutrient, DIM. Iodine not only gives the breast what it needs but also works well with progesterone and makes it more effective so that you are not too estrogen dominant. (which most people are these days) And I think, it changes the estrogen to a less toxic estrogen.
