Hello, I have been drinking Yerba Mate for about four years now and I love it. But, I have just began to wonder if cold brewing Yerba (I put about three Guayaki tea bags in a water bottle and shake it up and let it sit for about 15 minutes)is any less (or more) beneficial than brewing it with hot water. If anyone knows, I would appreciate it! Thank You!
