I like a spoonful of coconut oil in a bath--this is better if you wash/shower first--then bathe in what is cleaner water. The tiny amount of coconut oil spreads and coats you all over.

make sure you get the best quality-because, you know, "you're worth it."
(I love to hijack a catch-phrase and rehabilitate/rejuvenate it)
