I remember you mentioning in an earlier post about neck pain.
Have you ever been to a chiropractor for it?
If not, if it doesn't loosen up during the fast, maybe it would be good to consider it.
I remember one time my neck was locked up for for months and I was too lazy to find a good Chiropractor.
When I finally did, I wondered what took so long.
I guess I was hoping it was going to clear up on its own, which it didn't.
