Kelly! That is sooooo awesome! You've inspired me to do ANOTHER ONE! I have had a little trouble with Depression (mostly since the death of my 8 month old baby boy) but I have 5 kids all together. I've also gained a lot of weight and I'm a former Model and a current actress. Did you lose any weight with the flushes? I just want to hear it from everyone if it is possible to lose weight with this. I just want an overall better feeling of well being. I want to grow up with my kids (I'm only 35) I have a 16 1/2 year old daughter all the way down to my 20 month old son so energy is required! lol. Well.....keep up the good work. I only did 1 flush so far about 2 days ago....I feel wiped out still but I expect that is normal. I may do another one next week. Thanks for your inspiring words!
