i'd just advice you to go into some organic food shop, and buy some ayurvedic toothpaste, they're usually made of all natural products, no chemaicals added, and i just love them :)
same for your skin, u can dry brush it with a natural brush, i had bought one that was initially made to brush veggies! worked very well :))
cream and lovely oils and creams again, just take care of yourself!
