Thanks for your input John. Your point is well made and well taken. I have a similar belief: advice or wisdom that is not requested, is typically not welcome.

With that said, I'd still like something other than the pizza test (eat a ton of pizza to see if I get a gallstone attack) to prove to me that it worked and that I wasn't just having green colored bowel movements.

I want to test my gallbladder more scientifically but I don't want to do it until I'm fairly certain that the Gallstones are gone. I'd hate the doctor to come back to me and say, "see, there it is." I'm just curious to know how many times I'd have to do a gallstone cleanse until I've gotten them all.

I'm also wondering how often I can do them.
