Apple Cider Vinegar and baking soda, by MH



On the internet, you will find 98% of all stupid things people can do to them selves.

First of all, the chemicals sold in grocery stores as vinegar are not fit for human consuption in the first place, your paying $2 for a gallon of acid water, period.

Second of all, YOU NEVER EVER consume baking soda!!!! Do we see anything in the words "baking soda" that makes us think it is food for the stomach? Baking soda destroys the stomach, it forces the stomach to produce MORE ACID and thus hastens death via shortened lifespan.

Mixing acid water with alkaline baking soda creates an explosion and many years ago was a common way for kids to make rockets blast off.

Commercial vinger harms the stomach and babking soda harms the stomach and then we have ###### people on the internet telling people to mix the two together to make a 7.0 combination and drink it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stating it will make them have more oxygen, etc.......................... This is so dumb it is unthinkable.........

You want oxygen? Then try Breathing correctly and not poison your blood system with toxic chemicals in my advice.

BEWARE of the people on the internet, missery loves company...it is very simple, if it is a raw food, its sweet, then it is good for you. Otherwise, study before you consume. Read labels and see if your consuming natural products.

FEW people on this earth have ever consumed real apple cider vinegar! If you purchase it in a glass sealed bottle, it is DEAD! If you paid a few dollars and it came in a plastic jug, then you purchased acid water passed off as vinegar.

Baking soda has zero value in human health, don't cook with it, don't possess it!
