These are immune stimulating mushrooms which help strengthen the body to get rid of infections.

Ive talked to numerous TCM practioners and naturopaths who will agree shiitake etc are ok for candida.

All you have to do is look up the profiles of these mushrooms and most even say anti-candida.

But each to their own.
