i agree with fledgling here, you must realise this is not beyond you. underneath your exterior is the same kind of bones, same kind of fat, same kind of blood as me. i have all things against me when i begin cleansing like you, i was raised on soy milk, terrible allergies, in and out of hospital with nightmare stomach pains, tubes everywhere, asthma attacks, maybe even rickets at one point, i just absorbed little to nothing.. i grow up then overeating mcdonalds sometimes above 7 times a week and poisoning myself, drink whisky too much.. and still i am here purging and getting better. yes there are lows but i continue to reach new plateaus of health. this is a scary time but i am doing it, and that means you can too.

i have not touched alcohol or anything like that since i remember, the more you take the pressure off your body, your senses become less dulled and you know more and more what is right for you.. but only take this at a rate you can handle, we all want you to be well, you must keep it at a rate where you are cleansing but still able to function albeit to a lesser degree.

rest well and trust in nature. its a miracle, we are nothing like the machines we build. we do not wear out so easily. we can repair and heal. life does not need be a downward spiral of health.
