I don't mean to be too critical here, but "olive oil is high in cholesterol"?!?! Where did that come from?

Cholesterol is produced only by animal cells. There are no known plants that produce cholesterol for any purpose whatsoever (unless Monsanto has gotten its grubby corporate fingers on some olive DNA...). You can eat plant life all day and not ingest one iota of cholesterol.

Maybe you mean something else? Monounsaturated fats, perhaps?
