I was doing research on this site and came along Brent Hoadley's book entitled "Too Profitable To Cure" on Curezone here:

I thought about buying it, but guess what? All the links to where the book can be found are dead! The book has literally disappeared from everywhere! Amazon, Barnes, and other bookstores I've checked no longer even make reference to it! Even the author's own website,
http://www.tooprofitabletocure.com
is gone!

Does anyone know what happened? Why has this book disappeared? Has it been banned?
