Hi San,

What is really helping me is oil of Oregano,get one with over 85% carvacrol.

Another good remedy is bee pollen but you have to start taking it say around May

month to build up your immune system.Those really helped me in the past but this

year I became complacent and thought my allergies would be gone now.They're not as

bad but with the oil of oregano I can live quite comfortably.
