Hi Laura, I just did my first flush yesterday (well started it the night before) i did HALF doses for everything....half on the coke, oil, and lemon juice and then when I woke up yesterday morning I drank about 5oz of the magnesium citrate. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS I only had half becuase I had a small explosion STILL this morning too. So I think that Half is more than enough. Not to mention I have like PEPPER BUTT! Boy does it burn! LOL So I agree in that the full dose is not for everyone and maybe on the first one others may want to experiment and do Half doses to see how their body reacts. Take care!
