Ladywear, or anyone else with severe adrenal fatigue, do you have insomnia? This is a few nights in a row that I cannot sleep now. Everything I read on adrenals say to repair them, you must get sleep. But I cannot sleep anymore. I sleep fora couple hours. HELP! I hate this so much. I am scared too. This is horrible. Should I get melatonin?> Things just keep getting worse.
