Hi, I'm new to the cleanse too but today, I only drank 5oz out of the recommended 10oz or cherry flavored Magnesium Citrate and beleive me when I say it worked just fine! LOL. I poured it over some ice and a couple hours later.....WHAMMO!lol good luck! Keep us posted!
