Ninja, Hollywood and others,

Yes, you are so-o right. Getting the Gallbladder cleansed of stones, will allow the Liver to transfer IT'S stones as well, and dump it's 'backed up' bile and eventually you will get that "General" of all organs, "The Liver," restored, by making good food and drink choices, and NOT over indulging, (one of the main causes of the formation of stones) and you will have started getting your blood filter (Liver) to function properly again, and the blood will then have the proper properties to control your excess fats, and provide you with vibrant health. Excess pounds will healthily melt away.

Our fast food life style of Cokes, drank in great quantities (Thousands of people do not know that good pure water is provided for our HEALTH) with a hamburger and fat french fries, followed by a milkshake, will assure you of many stones to follow, which will in turn congest the Liver and it’s bile ducts, and your on your way now to every "itis" disease in the books, plus many others: Diabetes, Heart and Lung problems, Cancer can form, acne, allergies and on and on.

Strive to eat less quantity, but better quality foods, and eat longer (Chew longer and with more concentration). Do NOT eat when upset or angry, and choose the right nourishing foods. Avoid too many BAD mixtures of too many foods. Strive for a food choice of no more than 3 foods per meal. Quit drinking 30 minutes prior to SLOWLY eating, and don’t drink again for preferably 2 hours after meals, then strive to drink your 8-10 glasses of pure water in between meals. When you start getting healthier, it is surprising what 2 good meals per day can do for you, as far as energy is concerned, instead of 3. Your digestive systems have been over taxed.

Eat a mono diet occasionally, get over the habit of an "All you can Eat" mind set, as being the "Good Life." because it isn't, it's taking you quickly to a "run down, weakened, deplorable unhealthy condition. Fasting one entire day, occasionally (Preferably once per week) but drinking quantities of good, pure, room temperature water only, (Ice cold drinks put the digestive organs into shock, especially the Liver and Kidneys) will allow your digestive system a chance to rest and recover.
