Yeah you know I'm 100 percent raw but I wouldn't tell other people to be paranoid about eating some fish now and then. Being mostly raw is just great, and adding in some cooked fish here and there, I wouldn't do it my self because I don't feel like it but I don't see any thing wrong with it. Just try and get fresh wild fish, not the factory farm type fish.
