My minimum daily intake of VitC is 6g and 5g of salt are only a teaspoon so I take 5g minimum daily in salt pushes never mind the extra Celtic I use throughout the day and with meals.

Horowitz calls for 1/8 tsp of celtic with meals, that is above normal seasoning...
