What i'm really trying to find out is what is the best source of vitamin A and E as far as sprouts and grasses go? if you happen to know. When i google it's all so jumbled up.

I've settled on ordering the gosprouter. Expensive, but at least it is easy enough so i don't lose will. I got pretty tired of continuig rising, etc.
