i grow alot of sunflower greens along with a few buckwheat greens.I mainly blend the sunflower and eat some on sandwiches and juice some if I grow to many.I also sprout sunflower sunnies which are very easy and cheap along with mung beans and alfalfa.you might want to check out sproutpeople.com the site is great for info but there seed prices are way to high.Jeff.
