No I havent tried one of those infred saunas. I did wonder a while back about them but didnt know where to buy one in uk and I thought they looked quite big? At the moment I cant even stand a hot bath or hot sunshine (not that we've had much) so I think I might struggle. I would have thought that detoxifying my liver would have taken the load off my kidneys - unless my infection is linked to the yeast/candida.
