I would go with ConcenTrace Trace Minerals.

In nature you can't get around the harmful elements, BUT the beneficial minerals protect the body from absorbing the harmful minerals. The most important consideration is to ensure your body has mineral reserves met so that it can function properly and detoxify the body of any heavy metals and other toxins.

I firmly believe that all disease begins when minerals are lacking. If you want to learn more about minerals you can read grzbear's posts and moreless's. But you'll have to watch out for moreless because he can be impatient, read up first and ask questions later.

I came across an animal study where they took 2 groups fed them the same diet, but one group received distilled water laced with arsenic and the other group received mineralized (cal, mag & other trace elements) water also laced with arsenic. What they found was that the group receiving the minerals were able to detoxify their system better than the group without the minerals, thus the mineralized group did not suffer from arsenic poisoning!

I would not waste money on the fancy water machines! I recently bought a Dupont faucet 4 stage water filtration unit and it is the best tasting water that I have ever had! I have tried a few other filtration units such as PUR and Brita, but this Dupont is the best. Top the filtered water off with some alkalizing minerals as per suggested by moreless and you will be on your way to replenishing your mineral reserves!

Good luck!
