I found the cranberry to be more than slightly antibacterial, it is one thing that has really made a difference. It and uva ursi got rid of my kidney problem. While going through that, I also ate a lot of watermelon, celery, and parsley. Be sure and drink plenty of water. I've had so many die offs it's hard to say what cause them. Cranberry juice has been a big help ever since I've been fighting this, it works for the candida too.
