I have been taking Cranberry for my kidney infection and I am getting die-off. My head is all foggy, lost my appetite and a bit of dirrohea etc. I know its slightly antibacterial but is this a bit extreme to get die-off from Cranberry? Anyone else had this? I must be very toxic. (I am also taking a small amount of Urva Usi so it could be that as well?)
