5 years ago, i had done many Liver Cleanses getting about 2000 stones out. I stopped doing them after i got glandula fever (doing the cleanses made me feel sick after glandular). Any how, I have just started again and yesterday dislodged 4 -5 fairly big stones. Only problem is that now my body feels in agony. I didn't have any pain before cleanse (just doing it too help with CFS) but now i have joint pains througout my body and my left hand has swollen up so much i am unable to use it. Will things get better? How do i calm my body down again. i have never experienced this after a cleanse. What do i do?
