Yes thats true. But I remember Mr Humble mentioned in his book, before he discovered chlorine dioxide he was using stabilised oxygen for malaria and it worked some of the time, not all cases. But it worked. The malaria virus is pretty strong and stabilised oxygen was able to kill it in some cases. That's because a tiny amount of chlorine dioxide was released over a period of time when the stabilised oxygen was mixed in water.

And considering the concentration of sodium chlorite is much higher in Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (28%) than stabilised oxygen (3.5%), then unactivated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement should be enough for most people who weren't sick and just want to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for health maintenance. Maybe 15 to 20 drops of MMS mixed in water is not that toxic. But ofcourse for people who are really, really sick should definitely take activated MMS coz its much more powerful.
