No i didnt feel better after a flush. I remember once I flushed right before I went to the library. I was in the internet and I started getting light headed and seeing flashes. Then I instantly rushed to the bathroom stalls and clapsed right on the floor...literally. I said never again will i do a flush.

Yeah look into that chinese herb and if Shelly said its good then u know it good :)
