It helped me a lot, later I found out the issue was Typhoid Fever (s.typhi) and DNA took care of the rest.

Certainly I have written about the MP5 before and it was so effective in pain relief that I ordered another for my Dad plus two SP-Lite the next day...the rest is in my posting history...
