My pulser works best when pointed at the same area for 50 or so pulses. I had a pimple that would just about heal and then come back over and over for year or so (part of a serious infection). I pulsed it 50 times and it healed up. Then it made the attempt to come back and I pulsed it another 50 times and that was the end of it.
