Hello,
I just finished a month long detox program recommended by my doctor. I had high tryglicerides (460) and colesterol (250). I have been on a no sugar, or starch diet for over a year and a half. My tryglicerides are still over 200! I had read about the liver flush, so I thought I would try it out during my fast. I passed 200 stones the first time I did it, and 400 the second time. I think it helped being on the juice fast already. There was no pain or discomfort, and I was surprized how much energy I had after I finished. So I guess I am about 20% done? I lost 20 pounds during the fast and feel 10 years younger. I still have upper back/ shoulder pain, but I hope that this to shall pass...(pun)
