You are vary ambitious person.With 5 children and so big health problems you can“t expect to be fool of energy.Do you know that all children are parazites to own mother energy until 7 years old.They start to be own until 18 years.Don“t expect to run around when you was ill before you got children.Now ,you have to do everything what you can to suport your energy (even I am not sure can you have energy to clean your body)
