Instead of answering what you asked I will tell you what I know and would do myself:

1. Lyme is the underlying issue, all others are secondary
2. Lyme requires a toxic body so detox is your #1 job
3. Lyme kills the ability to detox heavy metals, this leaves you both Lead and Hg poisoned
4. The Hg will not show up in tests because Lyme binds it and uses it against you to weaken your cellular integrity
5. “detoxing mercury causes Lyme to be worse” well not as you might think. Lyme has three stages one is the spirochete which tries to find a weak cell to slip into. The strong your cellular integrity the less chance of that happening. But being a bio-weapon it has tools to use that assure your cellular weakness. This include the use of Hg against you and infections plasmids, BB carries +20 of those and can send you into viral infection circle of hell until you are weak enough for it to penetrate your cell.
6. The bonus is that Rife is best in killing the spirochete form, so the more are stuck in that state the more effective your Rife session against Lyme. Also the DNA Lyme scriipts include code to destroy both the spirochete and their infectious plasmids.
7. Those Lyme infected are near AIDS level at some point and therefore collect a variety of critters that need to be dealt with. But a lot can be done by functioning immune system which is completely compromised by the co-infections like Ehrlichia, Bartonella and Babesia.
8. Retro viruses are allowed to come out due to the benzene load and selenium is totally destroyed by Hg leakage.

Steps I would take if I started again:
1. Lugol’s and SSKI in high doses, note you will need to start both Lead and Hg detox before you start as the oxidation of Lugol’s and Hg can be difficult on your kidneys. But DMSA binds both and pre-ceding DMSA doses with Ascorbic Acid (Linus Pauling formula with Calcium is best) helps.
2. You will need a Rife setup and DNA code for Ehrlichia, Bartonella and Babesia and all Borrelia, when ready I can help you with timing them. But Hg detox is far more important, see Cutler on Hg and Candida, I would add Bartonella and other co-infections to that.
3. More DNA code for Clostridium and Retro Viruses and of course eliminate Benzene as well as NAD supplementation of Niacin, Niacinamide and B2.
4. Then the flukes must go, F.Buski if you have it is a pain to get rid off but I already supplied you my working frqs.

As for right now I would get some Chanca Piedra, it dissolves stones and is effective against numerous Retro Viruses and Yellow Fever…
