Liv.52 is a hepatitic stimulant and pretty cheap give that a shot lady, no side effects either.

Your bang on about the liver and kidney thing too, if your not overly deficient in protein and calcium. I would suggest a juice fast or even a day on day off type thing.

Only problem is i cant afford a juicer or id have done it myself:(.
