Vernal: My heart goes out to you with your cancer and indeed wish for a speedy recovery. As you will see in my post I have said time and time again that the yogurt has to be drained of all whey and it must be the consistency of cheese. It is impossible to follow the Budwig diet using the amounts she states with regular yogurt. So 1/4 cup of quark is equal to approximatedly 1/2 cup of yogurt.

The yogurt needs to be raw not just organic if possible. I personally am using goat's yogurt which I am blessed to have delivered to my home.

As you know with Budwig you cannot mix in supplements and other meds as are strictly prohibited. If indeed you want a recovery I would reread the info that you have and know that you need to be on Budwig at least 5 years or with a drastic return of your tumor with little hope of eliminating. I am not trying to be the bearer of bad news but just want to state that there is alot of information on this site and not in accordance for Dr. Budwig and I suggest you go back to the basics, as in stevia is strictly prohibited and grains are allowed on budwig but not white breads of course.


The other thing to keep in mind is stress and I am sure you are under a tremendous stress level now. I use EFT and a beautiful quote on o julien stated that a woman was using the affirmations

1. May I be free of all suffering
2. May I kow the joy of my own nature.
3. May I be happy
4. May I be at peace.

She states she did this 5-15 times a day and after 7 days was on top of the world so you might want to try this.

I have made several post at the top of the forum and from what you have said you are using the same info. Many people look at the diet only and never look at the other parts such as the udo's oil, the body brushing and the eliminating of flourescent lights and microwaves, etc. The Budwig diet is a lifestyle not a diet and I really hope you get cured so you can help the rest of the many sick recover.
