congrats on a successful flush. mine was a complete non event. this was my fourth in a few months and nothing at all passed except greenish liquid. have yet to lose any stones. i did take oo capsules this time to avoid the nausea and have heard that for some it is not as effective.

i'm taking heart from long time flushers on this forum that tell me it can take many flushes before movement of stones happens. regardless of the lack of stones i'm feeling better and better. i have lost the constant bloated feeling and gallbladder attacks i had each time i ate. i also have more energy. although i have also recently included beets and cucumber on a daily basis and believe it is working wonders. am still waiting on delivery of humaworm herbs and believe that deworming might just be the thing i need.
