Some observations that might be useful to other beginner flushers (like myself). I have passed 50+ good size stones today up to 2cm in length and diameter and varying from very dark to lighter putty colour. I haven'it bothered to count the small ones and the floating specs. I don't have the discomfort in my gallbladder area that I had the last flushes though I have some slight pains in the middle between the V of the ribs after my meal this evening.(A small piece of organic chicken breast and vegetables). My headache cleared up and I felt better a couple of hours after the coffee enema. Still feel droopy though. I am very satisfied with this flush, it is the best one so far. What is interesting is that the Epsom Salts has not given the amount of diarrohea that I had the first two or three flushes. It is as if the rubbish has been cleared and I am only going to pass the stones when they reach the approriate point - pressure after eating or drinking. The stones are tailing off now. I will see if there are any more developments. No one else here wants to see or hear about my stones but I have converted a couple of people and others are considering it!
