What is the significance of cotttage cheese and yogurt, what is their anti cancer properties?

This all Seems complicated and a distraction to the heart of cancer issues.

1)Alkalization
2) Oxygenation
3) Low Blood sugars
4) Detox.

These can be done simply, cheaply, and immediately.
