I know I shouldn't keep things from him, but he's such a downer when it comes to my fasting. I love the energy it gives me and the motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle is incredible. He just doesn't get it. He says it's stupid, dangerous, etc, etc. I've tried to explain things logically to him, but it's just one of those things where we'll have to settle on an impasse. Ugh...
