Click on "images" on the top of the main screen.
Click on "members" directory.
Create your own sub-directory, then click on it.
Click on "Upload to this directory"
Click on "Browse" to access your computer and click on your image in your computer, then click the upload.
Copy the URL and paste it into your message and when you post, the url will be the picture.
(I usually open 2 windows to go back and forth)
