Forgot to say to you to try tumeric i was reading it on my naturopath course booklet.

It directly kills gas causing bacteria something you mention often.

Like i say i hope i dont come across know it all like you've said tonight, i dont even know a quater of what the hells going on here and with my lifestyle im hardly a prime example of health.
