i can digest it better but im sure it feeds the parastites which in turn make my symtpons worse i know they are they are brillant i have recieved no end of messages form people on parstite form they say most smytons i ahve sound like parstites so we shall see what stool tests say but i have been psoting on their i crave sweet thing sand it was worse over the weknd because their was a full moon i couldnt sleep to because of plus i get really smelly gas and burpa which is sigh of parstite infection
