Scarface - problem is I have overgrowth of bacteria AND yeast - the Antibiotics I have taken in the past have cleared some of the bacteria (massive herxing) but increased the candida which then creates the vicious circle. Dare not try the Antibiotics again after last time....they just set me back so far. What about something herbal? What do you think?
